Featuring tracks “Disgust” and “Decay”, the compilation marks the writing debut of their new full lineup. Taking influence from acts like Gideon, Kublai Khan, and Varials, Outsider have written these songs to acknowledge the pain caused by manipulators, and to call out these people on their nonsense. The self-centred and gaslighting nature of them will lead to nothing but hurt for their loved ones, and “A Necessary End” explores the frustrations and repercussions of this.
